FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do you have a physical location? We are an online boutique right now, but brick and mortar is definitely in the back of our minds. Because I still really want to interact with my clients, we have pop-ups you can shop! In addition, we offer concierge styling in your home. Reach out to us for more details.

Ready to book your photo session? Let's chat! I would love to discuss your need with you, make a plan and discuss wardrobe, and get you on my books. We do fill up rather quickly as sessions are limited.

Can I purchase an out of stock item? YES! Most items we can grab from our fulfillment centers, so if you see something you love out of stock, send us an email at info@thehivetexas.com. We can check on those items to see if we can pull them from the warehouse! 

What if I want another color I'm not seeing? Love something, but wish it were in another color? We can help! Shoot us an email, and we will see what other options may be available. 

Where's my order? If we haven't reached out with a tracking number, we are still processing your order. We're always happy to give you an update if you email us at info@thehivetexas.com.

RETURN POLICY:

  • We are confident you'll love your items, but know online shopping can be a challenge. We've got you! Just reach out to our team at info@thehivetexas.com so we can work that out for you!
  • If for some reason we need to complete a return the items must meet the following criteria: must be unworn, must have tags attached, must be unwashed, free of stains or holes, and free of smell.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items can be exchanged as well within this time period. Just reach out to us at info@thehivetexas.com.
  • Refunds will be issued to original source of payment, or you can opt for store credit. Customer may be responsible for up to half of the return shipping cost. 
  • Refunds are processed once the return has been received at The Hive Texas. 
  • Shipping and insurance are non-refundable. 
  • Final sale items cannot be returned under any circumstances

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Shipping times may vary as we hold inventory in stock, as well as ship directly from our fulfillment center. Typically we see shipping times between 2-7 business days, but if we expect this to take longer, we will reach out to you to let you know! If this is an item we are special ordering, we will communicate that with you directly. 
  • Flat shipping rate of $4.95 for domestic shipping.
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150.
